    This is very serious. Deterioration.
Where and how is it? Do you have any legal recourse?

Get your back to a non-doc.
    Preferably a surgeon.

    NOW !!!!!!!

  2. The annular tear means that the disc is a ring-shaped "tears", where collagen fibers are broken. It heals.

    We must return to activity.

It is known that people are best with back pain is not those who are self-employed. But they have no compensation for their workers to organize themselves and notes that they have to get up and go to work.

The pain lets you know that they are alive.

If doctors are very pleased that you have not violated the spinal cord, you should have a short break, then the activity returns. Laboratory and physical therapy would be good for the back and good for the back pain. You need to strengthen their back muscles and the others are even lower.
